How do I subscribe to the site?
To sign up, simply create an account from the "register" and fill in all the required fields. The login details you give us during registration will be those you will have to use for the next login (Account button).
Is website registration required?
Site registration is not required. If you decide to register with the site, you will need to enter at least the required data, indicated by appropriate signal on the page, without which it will be possible to confirm the registration. All your data entered during the registration will be visible in the "Account" and it can be updated, modified and completed at any time. I have not recieved e-mail registration what should I do?
You may have typed an e-mail address and therefore the message cannot be delivered: try making a new record or contacting Customer Service for more information.
Can I change my password?
You can change your password by visiting the "My Profile" with your login details. It is necessary to indicate and maintain a saved e-mail which actually exists, because all the information about your orders and any problems that may arise will be sent to that address.
I forgot the password. How can I recover it?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link "Forgot password" below the login form. You will be taken to a page where you are prompted to enter the e-mail address with which you registered on apepazza.com and confirm. You will receive via e-mail after a few minutes a new password which you allows you access to the private site. You can then change the password at any time via the "My Profile".
HOW CAN I UPDATE THE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?
You can always integrate and edit your membership details by going to your profile page via "My Profile" with your login details.
HOW WILL MY DATA BE TREATED?
All data collected through the registration form is processed in compliance with privacy laws and it is also in our interest that there is no unauthorized access to information about you. Therefore, the data will be stored in secure databases and defended with the latest technology. Even when making a payment to Apepazza, the data regarding your credit card is secure: the SSL-encrypted connection (https protocol) will safely protect all data. Moreover full payment will be handled exclusively by the bank support platform, and Apepazza will not receive nor store any data related to your credit card, but will only get a confirmation of payment directly through the bank.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
Buying in the Apepazza shop is safe and easy: simply click on the selected product, the colour, choose the size that you usually use, and add the product to cart. To complete your order you will need to enter the shopping cart, enter any discount codes and proceed to check out.
At this point you will be asked for shipping information specifying the name and surname or company name listed on your bell, address, house number, postcode, town, province, phone number and email address.
If you are already registered you can access directly, so you can avoid having to enter your shipping information.
Registration is not required to complete the order.
Then choose the payment method (PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit bank account), and purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email and an email later to track your order directly from the courier
HOW CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?
When the order is ready to be delivered please indicate the discount code in the COUPON field. You will automatically see the updated amount owed.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL
HOW CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods by written notice. The notice can be sent by mail, e-mail (email@example.com) or by calling +39 045 6351536 (for Italy) or +39 045 6351537 (for international) from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00. To exercise the right of withdrawal it's necessary to return the products in a good state and with their original labels. The returned items must be packed carefully to protect the original product from damage. If the product is not returned intact or has not been authorized by the customer service, repayment won't be made and the charges of returning the goods will be charged to the customer, who must pay them in advance. Repayment of the purchase of the products will take place within 14 days from receipt of returned goods, after checking the condition of the product. The refund does not include transport costs incurred in sending the goods nor those for the return. The company carries out reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the consumer. The company does not reimburse for return shipping.
CAN I REPLACE THE PRODUCT RECEIVED?
